FW de Klerk Foundation

The FW de Klerk Foundation promotes and preserves FW de Klerk’s presidential heritage by supporting the causes for which he worked during his presidency. The Foundation supports and promotes the South African Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the rule of law through the activities of the Centre for Constitutional Rights; promotes unity in diversity by working for cordial inter-community relations and national unity through the activities of the Centre for Unity in Diversity; as well as other important causes. We were commissioned to design the foundation’s logo based on the iconic image of FW de Klerk and Nelson Mandela holding hands aloft as Mandela was released from the Victor Verster Prison in 1990.
